This spicy rub is great on pork or poultry. Use it alone, or team it up with your favorite barbecue sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, finely grated
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together, and pat lightly onto pork or poultry several hours before grilling. Freeze leftover rub for the next cook-out.
