The solid stainless steel teppanyaki plate is used above the roasting burner of the Flammkraft barbecue. It stores heat exceptionally well, thanks to its 8 mm thickness and 6.8 or 8 kg weight.

The plate is ideal for use in preparing the finest ingredients, such as thin strips of wagyu beef, tender scallops, prawns, crunchy vegetables and light sauces;
the plate surface is fully resistant to the application of spatulas and other cooking utensils.
