Lime & Ginger Marinade

Great for chicken, fish, or pork

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1" piece ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Steps:

  • Grate the zest from the limes, and squeeze them for their juice. Combine all ingredients.
  • Marinate chicken or pork for one hour before grilling.
