Oregano and Garlic Rub

Per Serving: Calories; Fat ( calories from fat); Protein; Carbohydrate; Cholesterol; Sodium

 

This versatile rub works well on poultry, meat or seafood. Freeze any leftovers for another meal.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mild chili powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 9 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

 

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and rub lightly into the surface of whatever you are grilling.
