Red Onion Marmalade

Made with balsamic vinegar and sticky black treacle. A red onion relish made with sticky black treacle and rich balsamic vinegar. Full flavoured relish with a delicious sweet sauce. Great with cheese, cold meats, meat pies and ploughmans.
